Coppercraft 9-Year Straight Bourbon begins with carefully selected barrels of 9+ year-old Indiana bourbon, thoughtfully blended to create a rich, smooth, and exceptionally balanced whiskey. Drawing inspiration from traditional brandy-making techniques, our blending and proofing process unfolds slowly over three months, allowing the individual barrels to marry and develop greater depth and character before bottling. The result is a mature 90.6-proof bourbon with layers of rich oak, dark sweetness, warm spice, and a long, smooth finish. Bottled in small batches in Holland, Michigan, Coppercraft 9-Year is a patiently crafted expression designed to showcase everything we love about well-aged American bourbon.
